Hosts are really kind and helpful. The cleanliness is unique, the whole interior reveals a special attention for all of the tiny details. Quality is the most important aspect of all equipment. (e.g. Coffee maker with coffee grinder.) We come back. (After half past eight only the Greek restaurant has kitchen nearby, but it provides exceptional quality, too.)

Large, modern room with comfortable bed. Huge bathroom with great shower. The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed the wonderful, extensive breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and service was excellent. We loved our short stay here and hope to return again.

Free-standing house gave us a lot of privacy. Access to one bicycle helped. Outside table was nice when weather allowed. Nice to have had a washing machine though instructions would have helped. Kitchen was well-equipped and throughout were nice touches like laundry soap, coffee creamers, umbrella, shampoo, etc. Kufsteinerland card was nice to have.
