Nicole and Ron are very friendly and kind, nothing is a problem. The appartment was nice, clean, spacious, with nice view from the balcony. What I appreciated was hot water in the shower for everyone (that the last one did´t have cold water because of empty boiler :D ). There is a room for skies and boots (heating available). The location is fine, about 20 minutes by car from Katschberg ski resort, 5 minutes walking from Spar shop.

The apartment was beautiful, nicely furnished, and spotlessly clean with a big terrace! It is perfect for a group of friends for a quick stay. The location was excellent, the apartment is located in the strict center, and all ski resorts are no more than 30 minutes away from the apartment. They also pleasantly surprised us every morning with delicious breakfast. We will come back!

The owner, Mr. Berhard, is very friendly. He called us before arrival and provided a cot for the baby. The apartment was very comfortable and clean as new. The breakfast was excellent, couldn't ask for more. there is also a restaurant downstairs.

    The location is excellent, the centre of Gmünd is just on the other side of the road. The owner lady was super nice and helpful, and prepared extraordinary breakfast for us. There was cleaning every day. The house has a large garden, where you can relax on the end of the day, and you can also let the children away.

    The house is new, spacious and beautiful. Everything was very clean and neat. We were welcomed by the friendly host who showed us around. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one could need even though we were two families and required a lot of dishes. There are even drawers full of tee, jars with different spices, oil and other convenient staff that were available for our use. All together, we were skiing all days and did not spend as much time in the house as we would love to, as it is very nice. We hope to came again.

    It seems to be a family hotel. So they done everything from their heart. It compensated the fact that hotel is quite old. They let to park the motorcycle on the corner next to entrace, because there in no closed parking lot. The place is calm.

    Wonderful place for a summer vacation in a village up in Alps, excellent for children. Beautiful views, super friendly and helpful owner. Away from the town, you need to move by car, but on the other hand close enough to reach many excursions, be it selection of cable cars to hike up in the mountains, easy or advanced routes, drive one of the scenic routes. or relax swimming in a pool or better the warm Miltstatter See. A lot of great attractions for kids up to 30 mins driving distance.

    The possibility to visit a family farm in the neighborhood with children. Typical Austrian architecture including the apartment. That's exactly the reason why I like Austria so much. Very kind and dedicated lady owner.
