We stayed there for a week as a family of 5 and we were very satisfied and happy with the choice of Elamo! The place is amazing and it's much more beautiful than what you see on the website and in the photos, a stunning river flows under the window and the apartment is right under the mountains. The place has a huge indoor playground for children and also an indoor pool (not heated). The apartment itself was also great, it is huge with 2 very large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 3 toilets and 2 showers! And of course the owner Simone was great and very helpful. Thank you very much for everything, I have no doubt that we will return there in the future!

Amazing location, directly on the slope (black so less experience skiers might have problems to use this adventage). Breathtaking views, very tasty local milk and eggs :)

We booked this accomodation as a rest over night for our transit from Holland to Croatia. The hostess welcomed us as "the lost son", although we booked through Booking (very) last minute(!). We booked a spacious 3 bedroom with bathroom which was very well equiped and clean!! We slept well in the April mountain air with the window open!Breakfast was good and we were well on our way very easy. Kleinarl is a beautiful mountain and wintersport villaga e with lots of friendly people. We might be returning here for the summer since temperatures in the summer are moderate in this region and there are lots of goals for a daytrip, walk or biketrails close by..

The hotel is just amazing. Claudia the owner was so incredibly sweet and attentive. We felt so welcome at well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool beautyful and the room big and spacious. We cannot praise the hotel enough!

Fantastic room/ apartment, kids loved the playground, we all loved the swimming pool. Free mountin bike ride, good breakfast, there is really nothing to complain. We had a perfect stay and we will be back for sure.

This accomodation is the most beautiful accomodation I have ever stayed at. The lodge is beautiful with high quality materials right through. From the moment we walked in we felt at home and felt we stayed somewhere tranquil and very special. The sauna and pool area are of top quality and sparky clean. It was just what we all needed after a day of skiing. The breakfasts each morning were beautiful full of all healthy and fresh foods. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our barman/waiter Yarrow was an absolute gentleman and delight. He remembered all our names and was always ready to serve us the best drinks in a warm and friendly manner. Such a great person. Anna was also helpful and friendly. She also made the best goulash we had ever eaten. We’ll definitely be back one day. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday to Wagrain so special.

The minibar was generously stocked and offered a delicious selection of snacks and drinks, with complimentary coffee, tea, and water provided by the hotel—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa area was equally tasteful in design, offering water, tea, and a small selection of nuts to encourage relaxation and unwinding. A perfect retreat for both body and mind! I opted for the half-board package and was thoroughly delighted. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, offering a wide variety that catered to every taste. The dinner was outstanding – beautifully presented and a true delight for the palate!
