Hettlerhof sits above the town of Zell am See and when the weather was clear we had a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was not overly large but comfortable with everything you would need. Very comfortable bed and the radiator heating felt so good on the cool nights we had in early May. Bathroom was large, modern and well equipped. Our balcony overlooked the front yard play area & the snowy mountains. Breakfast was very good with a lot of different choices. I believe there is a sauna but we didn't use it. There is a lot to do and see in the area and we enjoyed our stay at Hettlerhof.

Situated in Maishofen, Hotel Quehenberger provides a garden. Among the various facilities are a terrace and a bar. The property features sauna and free WiFi. The hotel consists of several houses.

Extremely kind staff, helping us immediately with all sorts of special requests. Superb breakfast with a great selection of organic tea. Easy to take a bike ride to Zell am See. Great mountain view. The nearby highway is taken into a tunnel so the place is nice and calm. Free vouchers that came with the accommodation made it possible to visit stunning places (e.g. Almenwelt Lofer, Weisssee).

Hotel Victoria is located in Maishofen, only 2 km from the shore of Lake Zell and a 5-minute drive from the centre of Zell am See.

De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated castle. Everything worked perfectly — from keyless entry and reliable heating (yes, in a castle!) to the modern elevator. The rooms are enormous, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the breakfasts were truly exquisite — a great start to the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff: incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They made the experience feel warm and personal. The location is also ideal — just outside Zell am See, offering peace and quiet with easy parking. Yet it’s less than 10 minutes to the ski lifts, lake beaches, and the town center. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique, peaceful stay with modern comfort and outstanding hospitality.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very well accommodated, spacious enough for our big family, and located in a central area that made everything easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Kathrin was very nice and super responsive—she made everything easy and pleasant. Highly recommended!
