We had a wonderful time at Hanser . Hanser family are amazing hosts, very kind people with loads of positive energy! They welcomed us every morning with a nice breakfast and a smile on their face. They recommended to us wonderful places to visit, helped us find destinations and provided everything we needed for our baby! Accommodation has two terraces with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and is kept very clean all the time. Location is great for all sort of activities. Neaeby, there are many hiking routes and skiing trails. Matrei, Lienz, Pregraten are very close by car and worth visiting. We will come again in summer time :)

The location is perfect, snow-capped mountains all around and spectacular views! The apartment was very big, huge, with many rooms and bathrooms. Very clean, the beds were very comfortable, I can't think of something negative to say. Simply because there are no negative comments to make regarding this place. I just wish we had checked in earlier.

We spent a superb week at Fewo-Egger-Thalmann. The location is great, few kilometres outside Virgen, in a beautiful natural setting slightly up the mountain slope, providing magnificent views of the valley and mountains from the large balcony! Irene and her husband are great hosts, discrete but still available if you require assistance. They made us feel welcome at all time and even gave us some eggs from their chickens. You can also buy homemade jam, syrup and liquor made by Irene. The East Tyrol is a beautiful region to explore with many impressive trails, lakes, good local food and the highest Austrian summit: The Grossglockner standing at 3,798m above sea level.

The view from the penthouse was amazing! Absolutely incredible apartment with great furnishings, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds and soft bedding. Very friendly staff at reception. 3-4 min walk from Billa and Spar. Easy access to walking and biking routes. Perfect getaway for a family holiday.
