We booked the family apartment which was huge and comfortable. We have been provided with comphy baby cot. The apartment was very clean. The food was delicious. Room by the reception is filled with fun stuff for kids so they can be entertained for hours, on top of that there is an extra playroom in the basement and kid bikes/formulas outside to play. (2) Very friendly staff (particularly at the reception desk but not so much the bar). (3) The room was clean modern, bright and airy. (4) Ski in ski out. (5) The kids room was hidden at the back of the bar. This was genius; it meant you could relax and have a drink in bar without any sight of kids but at the same time knowing your kids are safe and can only ben accessed through the room you are in.
