No one had to sleep in the living room on the couch so that was splendid. Two bathrooms was also good for time saving. Beds were very comfortable and wide. Clean, with full kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, lots of space. About 700 meter by car to Hochzillertal Ski Area, about 200 m to skibus. Quiet surrounding. Good internet (4 simultanous youtubes wasn't problem ;) Some nice restaurants nearby. But most of all our host was very helpful, kind, nice. The room and bathroom were nothing fancy but clean and functional and decent. We had a room with a nice big balcony towards the evening sun. Stumm is a nice small village. The apartment was huge, very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped fantasticaly with plenty of kitchen ware.
