The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly wonderful experience staying in this apartment. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the little touches that showed real care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    Cleanness, apartment setup, ski-in and ski-out access to tracks, pool and saunas. Apartment's balcony was also great for enjoying the coffee and fresh air on a sunny morning. Beds were pretty comfortable too, rooms were perfect for for family stay

    Ferienhaus Burgblick is a nice apartment near Gerlitzen ski area. It was a 3-minute drive to reach the parking place of Gerlitzen. There is a Billa supermarket within walking distance. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the washing and drying machines, the dishwasher and the microwave oven are really helpful if you travel with children. The two bathrooms are also a +++. The host, Petra was very friendly and helpful.
