Stephanie and Philipp are very welcoming hosts! The house is super clean, newly renovated and has everything you need - coffee machine and water boiler, hair dryer and extra blankets, free parking and a nice place for breakfast/grocery shopping nearby. Some snacks and drinks are also available. The view from the very spacious balcony is a big plus!!

Great location. Super clean, responsive and welcoming

Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn.

The hosts are very friendly. We feel very much welcomed. The room is clean with big bathroom. Decoration of the room is very creative. Balcony with view. Good breakfast. My child enjoyed the stay so much that he asked for stay in the same place for next family trip.

The apartment located a few minutes walk to the city center. The panoramic view form the terrace is absolutely amazing. Kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The garage parking is very comfortable, near to the lift.

A beautiful, well equipped apartment, a short walk (10 minutes) to local shops and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful at night (when we were there) Perfect location for going up to the Schafburg or exploring St. Wolfgang. High quality bedding and very clean all round. The host was welcoming and communicative. It was described accurately as garden view, but there is a little view of a mountain from the living room.

We travelled with two young children (9 months old and 2.5 years old), the property provided with a high chair, changing matt and a sleeping cot which was all set-up before we checked-in. Property owner checked on us to make sure nothing was missing. Kitchen is fully equipped. Easy parking and access.
