Great stay overall. Hosts were warm, friendly and helpful prior to our arrival regarding check in and summer card enquiries. On our day of arrival we were kindly allowed to check in earlier as the room was ready. Super convenient location within less than 10 minutes walk of the train station and almost right next to the bus terminal. The room was bigger than we expected, so it was very comfortable and we appreciated the microwave and spacious fridge as well!

Everything was perfect. We liked the swimming pool and kids playroom. Also it was cool that you could buy tickets for everything in reception (sales included). We will come back again :-).

Lovely apartment, fully equipped with all you need and more. Easy to follow instructions by the friendly host, allowing us to check in a little earlier. The comfy beds were made upon arrival. Bakery just a few mins walk for fresh bread in the morning. Would definitely recommend staying here.

    The apartment where we stayed with my family was excellent in every aspect. Everything was not only clean but also as described in the listing. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful and available, which made our stay very comfortable.     Very comfortable beds and nice pillows. Foor heating is a big bonus. Mini kitchen with a fridge is very useful. Everything brand new. Swimming pool, relaxation zone and sauna are amazing! Some snack and water in Spa area is very much appriciated. Family friendly hotel with a very good customer service and tasty hot breakfast. Free coffe from coffe machine on the side 24/7 is a great idea. Honesty bar-super convenient.

    Great hotel for family vacation. We have to give the highest feedback for overall impression. Quality of food is at a very satisfying level with a good variety of meals. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly, and I would especially like to give special thank to the Slavica, Ankica, Dusanka, Tamara and Monika, which made us feel whole vacation like home. Swiming pool was warm, playroom area great and kids enjoyed a lot. Ski Bus station is at 30m from hotel.

    The appartment is perfect for a family, with its two bedrooms and large living area and bathrooms. The reception is great, Martina is the perfect warmest host and we definitely come back for more stays. The facilities are as described, the pool area nearby is great and Zell am See is a very friendly resort for families. We felt welcomed and we are grateful for that.
