We arrived late evening due to delayed flights and were welcomed so warmly by the lady on reception and a warm fire in reception. We were staying for 5 nights and were upgraded to a queen suite with views and wow did that make our stay extra special, seeing those views the next morning was breathtaking and the suite was large and comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfy, the walk in shower was great and the whole hotel was spotless clean. We enjoyed some amazing food in the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and dinner, would certainly recommend eating there. Our stay was outstanding.

All of this hotel is the best one I ever stayed, The room is larger than expected and has comfortable space. The location is the best too, can find very good restuarant just across the road. There are drinking water filters available on every floor. Staffs are very friendly and gave me the good advice about the place to visit in Hobart.

Highly recommend this accommodation as it is conveniently located to everything, extremely comfortable and yet away from the crowds. The beds were luxurious and little touches like bath salts for the bath were appreciated. Larissa even bought a coffee plunger to make me happy. I reckon this is the pick if you are looking for 2 bedrooms. Larissa was a superb hostess and answered my questions without delay. Fabulous having a bathroom upstairs as well as a toilet downstairs. We couldn’t ask for more in townhouse accommodation.

The Kate Owen Art House was amazing.We loved everything about it.So comfortable,spacious,welcoming and the location very central for visiting family and friends . It was ideal for different age groups to have their space and privacy & we would most definitely stay here again.

European Style House is a beautiful period home in a great location.  Cleanliness was excellent. It was perfect for 6 ladies over 60.  Easy walking distance to many eateries and to the Hobart CBD shops and Salamanca Place for the market.   It was easy to catch the bus back from the City (once we worked out from what stop) to Stop 8 Elizabeth Street as it was directly opposite the accommodation.   Kitchen was well decked out with utensils, pots, pans, bowls, cutlery, spices, condiments, paper towell, cling wrap, sandwich bags etc etc and electrical devices, although it did take us a while to work out where everything was.  Drawer filled with games was great with a good selection. 2 1/2 bathrooms with a toilet on each floor was excellent for us old birds who get up quite regularly during the night.   Having 5 bedrooms meant that 4 of us could have our own rooms and 2 of us shared the single bed room....perfect.
