A very unique place with plenty of amenities and cleanliness. We truly admire the work they did with the 745 tram; it was a wonderful experience spending time there with friends and family. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen, although small (which is understandable since it was a tram), had an outdoor area where we could barbecue and cook our meals more comfortably. The firepit area and especially the living room, which felt like we were traveling, made it all incredibly fun!

    The location was amazing, so many beautiful birds to feed on the balcony and the treetop views were breathtaking. The fireplace was well stocked with firewood and kept us warm all evening. The air hockey/pool table was so much fun and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed it far exceeded our expectations ❤️

    The house was nicely furnished with plenty of relaxing lounge chairs and dining areas. Travelling with young children. Well equipped kitchen so that we could prepare meals for dinners and breakfasts. No restaurants close by. We were enveloped in nature with bushland and bird visitors.

    The villa is comfortable, spacious and very thoughtfully equipped. Highlights were the balcony with a beautiful forest view, and visiting cockatoos and lorikeets; the pool table that entertained the whole family, and the bbq and fire pit area for cosy alfresco evenings. Kalorama park is a short walk away, for a daily forest dog walk. We visited a few local attractions but our favourite time was spent relaxing together at the villa.

    The view during clear days is spectacular- you can see the valley and the lake. During morning and evening when it gets foggy, the view is still beautiful in its own way! The house is well maintained with all amenities and equipment a guest ever needs. They even had baby cot and chair. The guest apparently put so much heart to this premises. My family and I enjoyed the stay and would love to come back in the future.
