We loved the bush setting and to have a room on the water was very nice. Staff seemed friendly and dinner at the restaurant was good. Room was very clean and tidy. But bathroom dated and no heating or fan. Fan was screeching so bad couldn't use it. The guy on reception was rude charged us for family room albeit having changed the room to standard. Still waiting for a refund. When asking him he threatened to evict us on the first night. Not sure what nationality he was but definitely does not know how to treat customers. Very disappointing.
