Very nice apartament in the centrum. Easy selv check in. And it was easy to contact the owner. Very close secure parking. Beautiful Antwerp. We would like to visit the city again and stay in Citystay apartament.

My stay was perfect: from the very central location that made my travels around the city very easy and made me feel safe at night; to the kindness of the staff; my room (107) so tastefully decorated and quiet; the delicious breakfast in the hotel garden. I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the owner, a very friendly person and attentive to her guests.

The entrance smelled so nice and was immediately very calm. We entered the room and it gave us such a nice vibe for our girls trip! Very clean and cozy. The only thing; there was no elevator to our room and I am pregnant so I couldn’t carry my luggage upstairs myself. If you can’t carry you have to check the options for rooms you can enter through the elevator. 😊

    The location is central and very close to the train station (which was one of my reasons for booking, since we were traveling by train. We were delayed by two hours due to delay by Deutsche Bahn, but could still enter easy by ringing the door bell and the reception was still open. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was with plenty of choices. The facilities are used by many families with children, since there is a small kitchen in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed for the kids had been made.

    Best location, in 2 min walking distance from Antwerp central station and main shopping street. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and perfect for a family with kids. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare your own meals but plenty of restaurants around so you don't really need to. Sofa bed was very comfortable, good quality mattress and easily fits 2 adults. If you pre-book parking at Antwerp Opera Parking prices are very affordable.
