This compact van-based home, perfect for a family of up to three, is located on its own fenced plot in the countryside, near the Belgium-Netherlands border. The van is beautifully restored and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. At 185 cm tall, I had no issues with space. There’s a nice place for a barbecue and outdoor dining. I really loved Eefje's and Koen's place. A warm welcome, and a stylish, modern, and clean apartment . Everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely, sunny terrace. Friendly cats. And the wonderful Kalmthoudse park on your doorstep!

Breakfast was great, staff were super nice. We were staying here for a local wedding so it was very convenient. A local bus takes you into central Antwerp. During our stay we had a medical emergency with our baby and the staff were amazing at supporting us and going above and beyond to take as much stress out of the situation as they could - we really appreciated it.

Patty is a great host, she gave me a warm welcome. She was always available and helped me with few requests. It was really nice to find some chocolate and a bottle of wine at my arrival! The apartment was very clean and in a good position (near Brasschaat centre). The nearby is beautiful and very calm, lots of green around, safe even during the evening. Easy to move by walk or bike. Bus stop for Antwerp is available in ten minutes by walk. Whenever I need to stay in Brasschaat again I'll book this nice apartment!
