Very nice location in the downtown of Spa city. Close to our destination Terme de Spa. Plenty of choices for eating place in the vicinity (We came into Spa on December 31, the new year's eve, and most of restaurants were reserved. Anyway we managed to have dinner in the downtown .). The rooms are wide, clean and furnished simply but functionally. It was an impressive stay.

The overall welcome was spot on. The patron was knowledgeable and welcoming sharing with us aspects of the house, locality and wider area. The room was just what was needed for us and was well provisioned. The breakfasts were the best with a huge choice of continental breakfast items. The host was attentive and provided the little extras such as towels for the Spa. It was a great place to stay for a few days.

We were in the Ardennes for a weekend with our motorcycle and were looking for a quiet, luxurious place. Then we ended up at the pool house. Despite the quiet location, you can walk to the center in 10 minutes. Furthermore, the house looks great, modern and clean, also kindly helped by the owner Ludivine. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect. It's in the center of Spa, close to everything. About 100m from the funicular to the Therme. We found parking on the street. The place is of a comfortable size. It looked like it was decorated with a lot of care: nice, vintage posters on the walls, soft blanket, candles. My partner has multiple chemical sensitivity and we worry about strong chemical smells in the apartments we book, and it was a relief that nothing bothered him here, even with all the candles. The kitchen was really fully equipped, everything you need: from plenty of plates, cups, pans to toothpick, garlic press, wine opener, and some condiments too.
