We stayed in Tournai for 3.5 weeks because we had traveled from New Zealand for my wife to undergo an operation. On arrival we realized we needed a few extra things. Jean was so kind. Without hesitation he went out if his way and bought us everything we needed. Nothing was a problem for him. His Dad kindly took us to the hospital appointments a couple of times also Jean spoke very good English which made communication a lot easier. My wife and I have no hesitarion in recommending his apartment. It was situated in a very handy postition by the square with loads of restaurants and things going on. Thankyou so much Jean.

We only stayed one night but we loved this apartment. Communication from the hosts was great, instructions were clear and we had no problem finding it and getting into the property. We found a parking space right outside which was not difficult and parking was really cheap. There was milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived plus a choice of tea and coffee and a dolce gusto coffee machine. We didn't take advantage of it but the breakfast vouchers included are very generous and a really lovely touch. The apartment has air-con which worked great, the beds were comfy and the shower is really powerful and there was plenty of hot water. Am only a bit sad we didn't stay longer! Tournai is a lovely place and we found everyone to be exceptionally friendly.

The host was amazing—met us personally, gave a lovely tour of the property, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were welcomed with fresh fruit, orange juice, and a bottle of wine in the fridge as a thoughtful gift for our anniversary. Communication was excellent, with very prompt responses to messages. The accommodation itself was beautifully decorated to a high standard and located in a great area. It was a perfect place to relax and celebrate. Highly recommended! Very modern stylish new and clean.

Very friendly host. Very clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Our bicycles could be parked in the secure hallway. In walking distance of the center. Very delicious fresh bread at breakfast. We didn’t miss the window. The room was fresh and cool during a warm summer day. After a day of cycling we felt very relaxed and zen.

Fabulous find. Jonathan our host was welcoming and accommodating. Offered breakfast at at time to suit. Each room is beautifully decorated in its own unique style. We chose the Victorian room which was immaculately clean and comfortable with an enormous bed. Jacuzzi was great after a long drive. Robes and slippers provided. Adjustable air conditioning and Netflix provided at no extra cost.
