Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Quickly responded to all my questions with patience and kindness. The bed was very comfortable, great shower, thick towels, artistically decorated, and a bottle of water and treat! I asked for a room at the top floor and my wish was granted!

The hotel has lots of parking spaces available. Then, facilities are amazing - lots of saunas, swimming pools, spa centres with great massage offerings. Buffets for breakfasts and dinner (dinners are paid for separately). 20 min by car to reach Plovdiv city centre.
