Urban Lodge is a feel at home place, the staff are both professional and friendly and the manager is super cool and available. I lived in that neighbourhood 7 years ago, I can guarantee that it's the best location in Bujumbura, you can reach any place from there. The Manager is a very friendly person and very available, the staff are very friendly and really do their job so perfectly.

THE location was what attracted me...but it ended up being and over all beautifull stay. Evelyne the beautiful lady that cleaned the room, Arlene with a beautiful smile that served us delicious breakfast on the 3rd floor roof top beautiful views..Divine, the receptionist beautiful soul...without forget Shanis the very hands on and very welcoming manager.....overall....amazing stay will def come back.
