Kitchen ist very practical, two If the three are en-suite rooms plus an extra common bathroom. A great plus is the washing machine and an open service area behind the house. The areas is safe, a walking distance to shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. Ponta Negra Beach can be easily reached within 15 minutes of car or UBER ride, Cotovelo Beach within 25-30 min. The employees are friendly and very helpful. It's on the beach and has direct access which makes it feel like it's a private beach. We didn't travel with children but it appears very child friendly.
