We had a great time at Pousada Carambola. The room was always very clean and the location is perfect. Close to the city center but still very quiet at night. But the highlight was the breakfast ! A tasty choice of local breakfast options, prepared with loads of love. Would 100% recommend.

    The entire community of lagarto. It is an incredible place, welcoming, enchanting and possibly life changing. Words can't describe the experience I had there. It was a rollercoaster of emotions for me as I was getting to know more about myself thanks to everyone there. I planned to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying a week (unfortunately I had to leave). Sometimes, it can make you feel nostalgic to summer camps in our childhood. It is not your regular hostel, but one that is devoted to make you feel like part of their team.

    Lagarto is a place that lifes from the people, the cool guest and the awesome staff members. It isn't super modern, tidy or fancy... It is was a Hostel should be, a place to find friends and hell have a fun time. Lagarto will become family and home for some, for a fucking good reason!

    One of the best hostel that i stayed in my life! You feel like a big family there, great vibe for solo travellers! Delicious breakfast and dinner, a lot of funny acrivities! You can stuck there for a really long time:)
