The room smelt amazing, looked amazing and was the right temperature. This was a much needed staycation and first impression was positive. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I got a chance to relax at the waterfront and tried a good restaurant close by. I hope to come back again soon.

I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!

The basement space was huge with a well equipped kitchen, great TV and even a bar. Darlene was incredibly accommodating and always happy to chat and help us with our plans. We used the hot tub and it was great.
