A little oasis in a busy area, spotlessly clean, lovely pool area and bbq and spacious comfortable room. Expect road noise when outside which is not a critism in any way as it’s a busy location, gardens are lovely and staff and owner very helpful and friendly, would recommend

The hotel was quiet and softly lit throughout. The lighting and noise levels in the room were very low. My partner has sensory sensitivity issues and being able to accommodate these needs was a welcome surprise.

Nice and quiet location in a residential area. An easy 7 minute drive to downtown Kingston. Everything you need is in this cozy little apartment. There are even some chairs to sit outside and relax. No cable but plenty of Netflix. We brought our food to cook and the little apartment served us well. Next time we visit Kingston, we would book this again for sure!

Adorable house with a terrace and garden. Rabbits running around and a fantastic game room in the basement that kept us busy. Beds are super comfy with nice soft fluffy pillows. Wish we would have booked a longer stay.
