    The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Our room included a king size bed, 2 tvs and 2 fireplace. The two pools were great. The family pool is large with a separate waterslide for the kids. The adult only pool was wonderful with a great veiw of the vineyards and a view of osoyoos. The staff provided us with a bottle of wine and a lovely note for our anniversary. Staff were really amazing

    The lakefront location and large, spacious beach are unbeatable--I've visited other hotels in the area and none has the location or beach that Richter Pass does. Our kids called it one of their best vacations ever, and the time spent at the beach and in the lake was wonderful and made memories for our family that we'll cherish for years to come.

    Very thoughtful kind manager who truly went out of his way to make our stay so wonderful. We loved the swimming pool, its clean and a great place to spend time with family. The whole grass seating area was lovely too. The fruit stand across the road is fantastic, as is the great Mexican Food over there which is fun to bring back and eat in the patio zone. Nice to have been offered towels for pool use. We will book ahead for next summer soon and look forward to a predictably good family centred time.

    As a first time visitor to this property, I wasn't sure what to expect and I came away thinking it was a charming spot that I will return to for future stays. The pool was great, and even though the place is very much family friendly, with young kids, we able to get in some quality pool time. The patio tables were great for playing cards, and the kitchenette was really handy. The staff were great, and I could hear that some families come back year over year for a full vacation stay. We were only to stay two nights.

    Rooms were great Beds comfortable, Pool, hot tubs, beach, green space, and access to BBQ's was exactly what we needed for a family vacation of 14 people including 5 grandchildren.

    property is older, not luxurious but cute. Liked the separate bedroom with 2 beds in it and thought we were getting a pullout couch in the living/kitchen area but was pleasantly surprise with a double bed, Bed was real comfortable. Also property was right on the beach..nice for a quick swim or for family with kids and of course if u like lots of beach action you would need to go to beach near by. .Kitchen was well supplied. Also the owner was generous and gave us some free bottled water and a jug of cold water.

    Location was excellent, on a very nice sandy beach and across from a walkway on another lake and also close to town. Had great BBQ facilities and nice areas to eat outside with lots of outside chairs and each suite has a picnic table out front with other tables scattered around for more privacy. Had a little playground for small children. Suite was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable.
