We read the ambiguous recommendations and were hesitant about booking this stay, but when we got there we were absolutely happy with everythin! The hotel location is beautiful - first line to the lake, the room was full of light with many big windows to the beautiful lake view, spacious and cozy and also contained our family of six easily. In addition we arrived by (and we didn't have the noise issue as some of the reviewers mentioned at all). and appreciated both the fact that it's located on the route of lake Constance and the locked parking they offer for the bicycle overnight Last, the staff was great and we didn't have any noise issue as some of the reviewers mentioned. Overall this was great value for money and we would definitely return again.

The location was wonderful, there are no beaches, but you can get in the water through docks with stairs. The lake is so clear! Unfortunately, we were in one of the few rooms with no balcony and no view. There was construction going on a property a few houses away so this woke us up if we had the window open. There are lots of jogging/walking trails and places to chill by the water. It's worth the expense for a special occasion as a middle-class person, it is on the very expensive side. For the two nights, we stayed there, we did feel like royalty.

the flat was on the top of an apartment block, location was superb, with 2 balconies, one side overlooking the lake. very short walk to the waterfront where we could have a swim. Nice and modern and clean, wished we could have stayed longer
