It was a beautiful, clean apartment with a washing machine, kitchen and dining area and a gorgeous balcony with view of the lake. It was really spacious. The spa was spotlessly clean and a lovely relaxing space. We had a family room and the couch was made into two single beds which were very comfy for the kids. Breakfast was very good. We were only there for one day to see snow for Christmas and the hotel provided us with sleds and we took the free bus up the hill and spent the day sledding and even managed to feed some squirrels on the squirrel walk. Everything was fresh and updated with a nice swiss charm. We loved the spa area with pool and whirlpool very nice treatments including Saunas.
