The room was really spacious and so were the bathrooms. Super super clean, up to swiss standards. The towels are included, which is great for people that travel light. Bathroom also had some shareable toiletries just in case you forgot something. There are two common rooms to hang out with fridge and kettle for your use. Breakfast is great and fresh. They include a free pass for buses and trams which is really convenient. Plus the staff is really helpful (they were very patient with me on my checkout day).

The hotel’s design was really nice, stylish and consistent across every room. The attention to little details was amazing. There was a really spacious and comfortable library room for both reading and working if needed. There was even a sauna (although i haven’t tried yet). I like the separation between bathroom and shower room. All products used within the facility were good quality. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And the food at eater attached to the hotel was very delicious (for all dinner, breakfast and even late night snacks).

The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast starts from 6 AM through 10:30 AM which is very well prepared with delicious baked croissants and breads, fresh preserves and butter, hot porridge and various roasted vegetables, mushrooms, cold cuts, various cheeses, yogurts, fresh and dry fruits and nuts...of course various coffee and teas. The location is very convenient which is one tram stop from the train station and walking distance to the City Center. We had the Small Charming Room which it's true to its name. We had wonderful time and extended our staying because we had such a nice time!

I was traveling with my sons 17 and 21 and this property gave us the three large size beds we needed and a lot of room to live in with a large kitchen. The location next to the main train station worked great because we could hop on and go anywhere without inner city transfer time. Even though situated next to the train station the place was completely quiet inside which was amazing. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful.
