Wonderful location for our stop over. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was very good and to our liking. Wish could have stayed longer but will stop on our next trip through Italy.

Lake views were incredible, the apartment is opposite to the lake and in a 1 minute walking distance. The house was full equiped including the kitchen.

Very nice and very clean apartment! Good location, free parking, self check-in worked well, the instructions were clear and simple, and access to the apartment was quick with a code thanks to the clear instructions. I especially liked the bed; the pillows were very high-quality and gave a nice, luxurious feel (unfortunately many apartments tend to skimp on good pillows!).

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!
