The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! The location is ideal: quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. Excellent. We all loved everything about this apartment. It has everything you need. The view is stunning. The host is wonderful. She let us to leave our luggage early while we going to Milan. Host was kind enough and informative, the apartment was cosy enough and contained everything we needed to relax and prepare simple meals. Apartment was about 15 minutes "enjoyable and scenic" walk to Lugano's centre and very close to the lake, other facilities like a Migros supermarket was nearby too.
