This os the best hotel i have ever stayed in Europe. The interior is lovely, rooms big, dogs are welcomed. Swimming pool great in the cold days. Breakfast so tasty that you can't stop to eat:) restaurant menu is exceptional. And all of this in the room with the mountains view. Around the hotel the mou tain and lake virw is breath taking. There is a great forest parh for a walks. I definitely recommend.

The staff at the hotel was very kind and accommodating of our needs, they were super attentive and friendly. The restaurant had a good set of options for dinner. The room was super for 2 adults and a kid (could be good for 2 kids too), everything was great, we really appreciate the personal service and would definitely go back!

We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids.
