Everything is so perfect. The location is perfect, you can see the mountains in front of the hotel, and the sunset. Really beautiful. Also it’s just a few minutes walk from the train station, very accessible. And it’s close to other small beautiful towns within one hour train. They have parking spaces, too. There are also hiking trails near the hotel, we went to many quiet and beautiful places. And the facilities are in good quality, very new and clean. The room is warm in the winter. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful, we even got the Christmas gifts from them during our staying. I love the hotel and will come back again.

the ladies working in the restaurant, they were exceptionally friendly and kind, I really liked them. the room was nice, everything was perfect. I would love to go back there! I work in Luzern every now and then, so I'll book there in the future.

location is spectacular just need a note about transportation hours for the road provided on hotel description (it is limited hours for driving to the hotel) Breakfast was amazing and the family making the food there is wonderful!
