Welcoming staff, beautiful views, comfortable room/bed, heated bathroom floor and towel rack, great food at the restaurant. Sauna/jacuzzi/pool is the best part I couldn’t leave without enjoying it for a few more hours after i checked out.

The 125-year-old Hotel Gletschergarten with its magnificent mountain and glacier view is personally run by the 4th and 5th generations with a lot of commitment.

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and having private parking was a great convenience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the owner was always available and very kind. And I saved the best for last—the terrace. We had read in many reviews how amazing it is, but wow, no photo or review can truly prepare you for the breathtaking view and the joy of sitting there with a morning coffee. Absolutely unforgettable! Bottom line: we highly recommend this place.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with incredible views. Enjoyed the welcome champagne on the wrap around balcony. Complimentary snacks and beverages provided in the full kitchen. Comfy bed and linens. Outstanding buffet breakfast. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Lara at reception was excellent.

The hotel facilities are great, with a good sense of design and very clean. However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.
