The location is perfect: not exactly in the center, but is quite and picturesque, only a few minutes walk to the center, and in the best position in Gstaad regarding the view to the mountains.
The Deluxe Suite is spacious, it has a very big balcony with wonderful view to the mountains (Wispile).
The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was clean, and the staff very helpful and polite. So, everything was perfect to spend some memorable days in Gstaad!

United KingdomFrom the minute we stepped off the bus from Gstaad (which stops at the front door of Panorama B&B) it was obvious this place is special. Lauenen itself is a picture perfect alpine village where you feel as though you've stepped into a Christmas card. The B&B Panorama has the most spectacular views imaginable - snow capped mountains flanked by pines dripping with snow, with beautiful ancient wooden chalets and twinkling lights in the foreground. Karen the host was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Great, filling, locally-sourced breakfast. Beautiful, warm, well-appointed room with a balcony overlooking alpine splendour. We visited for winter hiking and the trails around Lauenen must be some of the best in Switzerland. We were truly blown away by our short stay - just wish we were still there!

We found Switzerland amazingly baby-friendly, and this hostel was no exception. There were loads of families with young children when we stayed, having masses of fun in the playroom. If you don't have children, it's still a great spot. Friendly, comfortable living area with an honesty bar; great spread at breakfast. There’s a playground and a kids club. Our 4-year-old son enjoyed playing there. We also really liked the design both in the lobby and the room. The staff is attentive and friendly. The village (Saanen) is a short walk away and very cute. Gstaad can be reached in five minutes by car or a short bike ride. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel.
