Super clean, well kept, very nice and helpful people. The fridge has free drinks. The kitchen has everything you need. In addition to that, these very friendly and helpful people provided us with some with king prawn from their house as we forgot to buy it on our way to their place. Not only this, but when we checked out they gave a home made jam as a gift. Don't hesitate to stay in their peaceful place. Strongly recommended.

- Staff is super friendly and competent! - They explained everything to me that I needed to know, especially where to park my bicycle. - The bar/restaurant downstairs is a lively place so if you want company just go down there. - Even if there is a concert in the restaurant you will not hear any noise up in your room. - The place is very central in the city.

We had a very relaxing long weekend i Hotel Bad Schwarzsee. Our room had a great view on the mountains and it was very spacious. The balcony with table and chairs was also very useful. The breakfast was great with lots of great selection of bakery, cold meat, cheese, fruits and drinks. We would be happy to come back again.

Great place! Amazing location. Good facilities. Very helpful staff. Ideal for the family stays. Nice swimming pool. There is a big kids room to play at the restaurant while parents are enjoying dinner or any other meal. Good quality restaurant.

The on-line/automatic check-in was really convenient. We were thankful for the opportunity to arrive early since the weather was a bit stormy/rainy and we were travelling by bike, and the owners were very flexible and accommodating. This is a wonderful place to stay. Maybe not really for 4 adults, but it will make easily for 3 adults. The place is well prepared to prepare and serve food. The views over the valley to the Gruyere castle are marvelous.
