Station was around 8min walk, easy for us but for those with kids / mobility issues it may present some challenges as you go down a gravel path to the location. A bit far from Spiez train station (15min walk a long slope) but it’s ok if you come by car. Spacious room (I stayed in “apartment” room) - with the equipped kitchen, wide fridge, and small balcony with two chairs Nice restaurant and breakfast, kindly accepting a small child.
