IsraelA beautiful place. Everything is new in the hotel. Classic mountain atmosphere. The staff is so nice - my partner was not feeling well and they showed care above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone who wants a Swiss mountain experience.

United StatesPerfect place where to stay if you’re planning on doing the hikes around. The hotel has a large wellness space with all kind of saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. Perfect to relax! The food is really good as well, very nice staff, with a special note for the restaurant-bar manager, that was just exceptional, looking into the little details to make sure everything is perfect and always having a nice word for everyone, I’ve rarely seen someone as dedicated and professional 👌.
Rooms are large and confortable, the only thing I may say is that in my opinion they are a little too basic, missing some charme/character/decoration.
But overall, great place to stay, the lobby lounge with fireplace is very cost to have a drink or read after a long day. I will definitely come back!

The big inside plaground is funny for kids of each age. The hotel is huge and kids can run around without fear of getting hurt. Easy access just in front of the arrival of the funicular. Rooms are big (we had an M size) and can accomodate confortably a cot and baggages. Breakfast is also nice with a lot of options (also vegetarian and vegan and lactose free). The rooms are very spacious, clean and the views were breathtaking! We had an XL family room (two rooms), which was more than enough space for us with our babies. Two baby cots were setup at no additional cost and they were setup with beautiful linens and the cutest vanity kit for each of our babies.
