Excellent hotel. Conveniently located near the train station. Very clean and modern decor. Excellent service. Sabrina at the front desk was very nice to upgrade our room at no additional cost. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.

The location is super, as it is just in the middle of the old center and everything is walking distance. The property is clean and welcoming, well organised and well equiped. Our host made it sure that we receive all information on time (e.g. picking up the key). We had some clarification questions and our host Aline responded in no time. This location was near to the visp train station , and such a quiet place surrounded by cafes and shops, will definitely come there again and Alina is such a nice lady and was easy to contact every time we needed.

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).
