This charming bed and breakfast was something out of a fairy tale. The location was incredible, nestled in this sweet little Swiss town. The breakfast was ample, the room was perfect, clean and with incredible views. Breakfast was ample and they have an amazing farm to table restaurant where we had some amazing dishes made with local, in season ingredients. The attention to details was perfect!

Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

We were cozy at the Pointe de Zinal hotel. The restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. The best part, though, was the staff! I forgot an item in my room and they went above and beyond to return it to me.

Immediate access to cross-country ski trail from the room, also to the alpine ski lifts, convenient parking, quiet rooms. Gaming rooms for the kids are great as well. The surrounding nature is a real gem!

Very clean studio. Well equipped with two coffee machines, raclette grill and fondue maker. Very comfortable bed. It was winter so I didn't get to enjoy the balcony. The sit bath was functional especially when taking a hybrid bath / shower. The TV had a cast selection of channels from all over the world and the WiFi worked well. Swimming pool / sauna in the same building. Beware of Swiss prices though
