The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep amd two additional small pillows greatly improved the quality of sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were great too, like the soundproof walls and quiet-flushing toilet. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail truly set it apart from others. Great location and great view direct on the lake Rooms are new and very nicely decorated Staff is very helpful (call them before arrival so they guide you to the hotel, its hard to drive there with GPS)

Nice facilities, super warm welcome with kids set, spacious room, everything is clean. I want to say thank you for cleaning and organising all the things when we are out for breakfast after the first night. Breakfast is simply but delicious and definitely satisfied. We enjoyed our stay here.

The Guggital Hotel Restaurant offers an extraordinary view over the roofs of Zug towards the lake, and is far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed 2 nights in hotel. Location is center of the Zug. Hotel was very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was the best. They accept bitcoin. Its expensive but here is Switzerland and everything is pricey if you are from abroad.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The shutters blocked out any morning sunlight and the electric fans were a blessing for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. The surrounding area was very peaceful. Any communication that was made between myself and the management was dealt with professionally and their instructions were clear and concise. The property was well maintained and very clean. If there was one additional thing that the three of us would have liked then it would have been to have access to an additional pillow each but I realise that this is matter of personal preference.
