The hotel has a magnificent view of the lake and Osorno volcano. It has a cozy design with natural wood and fireplace. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is among the best we have encountered in Chile. The breakfast was also good with fresh-made croissants.

Super cosy and the staff are very friendly. The associated coffee place and Peruvian restaurant is very atmospheric. The centre of Puerto Varas is very nearby, just a short walk down the hill. We needed one night stay close to the airport. This was approx 20min drive, also the host offer to drop us to the airport which was really helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
