Family hotels and homes in Futaleufú

The location, the rooms (huts) and the facilities are just amazing. The staff is super friendly, caring, and have a lot of knowledge onthe surroundings - and the food we had at Peuma lodge (both breakfast and dinner) far exceeded our expectations and was the best food we had on our one month trip in the area

Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie.

Everything! It is cozy and you feel welcome, food is excellent. One of the very few places where you are made to feel truly at home. The owner and his sons are delightful people, kind and nice and helpful. I cannot recommend this place more, I will be back.
