Really loved my stay. The hotel is beautiful!! The view we had from the room was perfect, overlooking the lake. The room was very ample, with a balcony which we used, and the beds super comfy. The breakfast was +++ The staff were very professional, friendly, and warm.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The property is on an expansive piece of land with a beautiful lake and Villaricca Volcano in sight. The room is spacious, lovely wood floors, lovely views, in room coffee and tea service, refrigerator, and room darkening blinds. The bedding and pillows are lush and fluffy and comfortable bed. It is impeccably clean, has a lovely little pool and excellent breakfast served at your table daily. It is definitely a boutique hotel with extra little extravagances that make it feel special. It is definitely best to have a car if you are planning to stay here as it is not accessible from the town of Pucon by foot. It is a short drive to town and good access from the hotel to other areas of interest.
