It so happened that we stayed in three different rooms in the hotel during our stay. All rooms were clean, functional, and very nice. Sympathetic, polite and helpful staff who spoke English. We had no problem leaving our luggage for our one-day trip to Yangchuo. The location of the hotel is right next to the lakes and the park surrounding them.
