I am usually satisfied with Novotel, but we got upgraded to a suite and our stay became even greater. Very comfortable room with a small living room, a separate bedroom and a great modern and well designed bathroom. We had all of the necessary amenities, the staff was really kind and the breakfast was really good too. The hotel location is central and conveniant. The gym was surpisingly really spacious and well equiped !

I was prompted to receive fan made cards of Ryan Ding Yuxi upon check in as the staff understood I was there for the weekend concert— thank you all for being so gracious and enthusiastic!
