This is a wonderful hotel in a quiet residential area of Shenzhen, away from the urban hustle and bustle. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff members were outstanding -- specifically, Ian (manager), Fiona and Song (front desk) -- were gracious and always ready and willing to help. The hotel was quite nice and reasonably priced. It was exceptionally clean, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of excellent options. Rooms were comfortable and very well equipped.
