The owner is really helpful and welcome. The room is beautiful and very cosy . It is not really in centre,but is a very peaceful location which I prefer.

Very great location and more than anything great and helpful staff, an always smiling and friendly kitchen chef :) and the owner helped us to arrange tickets to the Youjian Pingyao show (don't miss it!), Breakfast was basic Chinese breakfast but good, and we had dinner in the restaurant every night. We were afraid that we would get back pain from the beds (Kang Style bed means a brick / wood underground and a thin mattress), but unless you have severe back problems, you'll sleep well here.

The hotel environment was very good, the staff was very friendly, asked us in advance about the arrival time and method, arranged a pick-up car to pick us up, and had a good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go out and play, it is easy to find, the courtyard is elegant and quiet, and the stay is very comfortable. This property was managed by a lovely couple who were extremely friendly, helpful with directions and wanted us to enjoy our stay in Pingyao as much as possible. The property is conveniently located quite close to one of the city gates, so it’s only a very short walk to and from where taxis can drop you off and pick you up if coming from the high speed railway station. I would highly recommend this property to those who want to visit Pingyao.

The room is very clean and nice. The staff is very enthusiastic, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. They gave me a map of the ancient city and enthusiastically marked the address and performance time. It is located between South Street and the county government, and it is very convenient to visit the scenic spots.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner and her staff. The structure is in the heart of the city, and has an enchanting internal cloister. The rooms are large and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. We felt at home and really appreciated the owner's hospitality and friendliness. We will definitely return.

This is a family-run hotel with the whole family pitching in. They were delightful and keen to be helpful with lots of cups of tea, advice and assistance with purchasing tickets. It felt like I was staying with friends. Very little english, but fearless with using translation apps. Very thoughtful - gave me a bottle of water for the train home after dropping me at the station. The standout for this property was the staff. I wish them every success with their business.
