The hotel staff is so helpful and professional that they offer you every facility for your comfort. Especially Kevin, Peter and Lukas are really qualified. Our room was terrific, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay.

SingaporeThe hotel is grand and their service level is generally high. There are many staff around to assist and guide. The rooms are huge and well maintained.
The best thing I like about this hotel is its package which comes with admission tickets to its aquarium and water park, both of equally high quality. We enjoyed visiting the parks multiple times during our stay, for example to watch the beluga or mermaid performance on different days. There are multiple food outlets to try different local Hainanese food too.

Used the pool which was great. Even listened to the live music! Great for families I think - though I was just there with a friend. Top marks!

Hong KongThere are lots of activities for children all included with the price of our room. Plus an arcade that my children loved. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. I lost my phone and one of the cleaning staff helped me find it. It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised her with a cake and souvenir bag. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the Chinese dinner we had at their Chinese restaurant was delicious. The room was spacious, clean with a bath on the balcony. 2 pools, excellent kids indoor play area and access to the beach.
