Hotel is fairly new. Right in the heart of Dongmen markets. Plenty to eat and shop. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are spotless clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Shenzhen.

    Nice big hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and good quality with make your own fruit juice station, Nespresso coffee station, many types of food. Swimming pool was also fantastic with a small beach area, kids slides, huge pool with a pirate ship! It has a good gym. Rooms have a balcony, but some with little view, so if you want a decent view request it. 2 minutes walk from the subway station.

    Good size room, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again. There were USB sockets provided on both sides of the bed which was good and made phone charging easy. Near to the Metro, Central Park, Electronics City as well as many restaurants and a shopping centre. Room facilities included slippers, bathrobe and other amenities including toothbrush and shower cap and a Dyson hair-dryer. Room design was very functional which is just what you need.

    Place is cosy, quiet and good for families. Has washer that also comes with dryer so we don't have to pack so many clothes. The staffs are all very attentive, friendly and helpful. Good place for a stay in Shenzhen.

    I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size, there was enough desk space and I loved the automated curtains which opened as you went in (I know it is childish but….). Staff were friendly, spoke English and the ultimate bonus was that the metro station was directly underneath the hotel. The Children’s centre In the same complex was an intriguing concept but it was a pleasure to see so many children having fun so it shouldn’t put guests off.

    The swimming is best for kids, very family orientated pool. Room was facing the ocean which was breath taking. Breakfast was fantastic
