    Very professional service. This hotel is family-friendly. Ms Elsa from reception helped me coordinate with our driver. The other lady earlier helped me with my Alipay. I saw the roof of the bell tower from my window. It was not noisy from the 12/F.

    Cleam, beautifully with very good coffee and drinks. All the employees speak English and can support you. Location also Excellent. I was there alone and justnine night, but see families very well hosted by them.

    The hotel location is excellent, very central. All the staff were super friendly and helpful to my family especially to my parents. I want to say a special thank you to Kevin Guo who was very good to my parents and helped them when needed.

    The cleaning ladies were all super friendly and even went to the extra effort of tidying up our room (eg rolling up our charger cord, putting our toiletries neatly on the counter, tucking the kids toys in the bed, even providing a laundry rack to dry our hand washed clothes for us all without us having to ask for this).

    Perfect location, staff constantly went above and beyond our expectations, good metro link, good access to taxis, beds were extremely comfortable and facilities perfect for a long or short stay as they had good laundry facilities. The staff treated us like family and made us feel like at home. Xiao, xiao, Jinjung, kai kai and Jiazhenhua were extremely accomodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. Xi'an has lots to do and is well kept with good facilities, restaurants and places to visit.
