It is run by a family and you can feel the nice warm atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They patiently discussed many options with us and helped book tickets and activities. The rooms are great for families, we were upgraded upon arrival to a lovely room with a small yard. The children enjoyed the hotel grounds (which included a playground and pool). He let you all the freedom you need but at the same time he is always there with his extraordinary hospitality. Jack Li was also cooking for us breakfast and dinners. We had always access to the kitchen, so you see the way he cook is very healthy, buying the food from local agricultors on the market or even using his own vegetables.
